Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix ground beef, egg, garlic, Parmigiano, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and oregano.
  2. 2Roll the mixture into meatballs.
  3. 3Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. 4Bake the meatballs.
  5. 5In a frying pan, cook the meatballs with brown sugar and BBQ sauce.
  6. 6Serve the meatballs over rice, garnish with chives.

  • 1 egg
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Parmigiano
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 handful Chives
