Directions

  1. 1Spread bearnaise sauce on a bread roll.
  2. 2Place steak slices on top of the sauce.
  3. 3Sprinkle chives over the steak.
  4. 4Top with Swiss cheese and use a kitchen torch to melt it.
  5. 5Add more pesto over the melted cheese.
  6. 6Add French fries over the pesto.
  7. 7Grate Parmesan cheese over fries.
  8. 8Add arugula on top.
  9. 9Squeeze some lemon juice.
  10. 10Cover the sandwich with the other half of the bread roll.
  11. 11Cut the sandwich in half.

  • 3 slices steak
  • 2 tbsp bearnaise sauce
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 1 handful chives
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 handful Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup French fries
  • 1 handful arugula
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 roll bread
