- 2Place steak slices on top of the sauce.
- 3Sprinkle chives over the steak.
- 4Top with Swiss cheese and use a kitchen torch to melt it.
- 5Add more pesto over the melted cheese.
- 6Add French fries over the pesto.
- 7Grate Parmesan cheese over fries.
- 8Add arugula on top.
- 9Squeeze some lemon juice.
- 10Cover the sandwich with the other half of the bread roll.
- 11Cut the sandwich in half.
