Loaded Reuben Potato Soup

Directions
- 1Melt butter in a pot.
- 2Add celery, onion, and carrots to the pot.
- 3Add diced potatoes to the pot.
- 4Season with black pepper and seasoning salt.
- 5Pour in chicken broth.
- 6Add cream cheese, milk, and heavy cream.
- 7Bring to a simmer.
- 8Add corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
- 9Stir well.
- 10Add bacon bits.
- 11Ladle the soup into a bowl.
- 12Garnish with bacon, corned beef, Swiss cheese, and green onions.
- 13Add croutons and thousand island dressing.
