Place garlic cloves and a red bell pepper on a baking sheet.

Drizzle oil over the red bell pepper.

Roast the red bell pepper and garlic.

Pat dry the white fish fillets.

Add green seasoning to oil in a bowl.

Coat the fish fillets with the green seasoning mixture.

Add roasted red bell pepper, garlic, onion, spring onion, thyme, and scotch bonnet pepper to a food processor.

Pour some water into the food processor.

Blend the ingredients until smooth to create the red pepper sauce.

Pan-fry the seasoned fish fillets until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the cooked fish from the pan.

Sauté diced onions and red bell peppers in the same pan.

Add jerk paste to the pan.

Pour in the blended red pepper sauce.

Add coconut milk to the sauce and stir.

Add broccolini to the sauce.
