Directions
- 1Combine heavy cream and powdered sugar, then whip to form stiff peaks.
- 2In another bowl, combine instant chocolate pudding mix and milk, whisking to dissolve any lumps.
- 3Once the pudding has thickened, fold in some of the whipped cream from earlier, then set aside.
- 4In a bowl with the remaining whipped cream, add in marshmallow fluff and softened cream cheese, then mix.
- 5Line a baking pan with plastic wrap. Break the graham cracker sheets in half.
- 6Cover the bottom of the pan with graham crackers and evenly spread the chocolate pudding mixture on top.
- 7Spread the whipped cream and marshmallow fluff layer evenly on top of the chocolate layer.
- 8Place the remaining graham crackers on top and freeze before slicing and serving.
