Marinate the chicken with salt, egg white, white pepper, cornflour, and oil.

Shallow fry the chicken until golden brown.

Remove the fried chicken from the pan using a strainer.

Add 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic to the remaining oil in the pan and sauté.

Add shredded cabbage, sliced onion, shredded carrot, and sliced capsicum to the pan.

Add 1 tablespoon of water to the vegetables.

Toss the vegetables well.

Add soya sauce to the vegetables.

Add oyster sauce to the vegetables.

Add chicken powder to the vegetables.

Add Sriracha sauce to the vegetables.

Add ketchup to the vegetables.

Add chilli garlic sauce to the vegetables.

Add black pepper to the vegetables.

Toss the vegetables and sauces well.

Add the shallow-fried chicken to the pan.

Add boiled noodles to the pan.

Mix the noodles, chicken, and vegetables thoroughly.

Add dark soya sauce to the noodles mixture.

Mix everything well until evenly combined.
