2Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl, then stir into the bowl with beef strips.
3Coat beef with marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
4Drain liquid from beef and pat strips dry with paper towels.
5Place half the beef strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between them.
6Set air fryer to 200°F for 60 minutes, then repeat for another 60 minutes.
7Remove finished jerky to a container and repeat the cooking process for the remaining marinated strips.
