Air Fryer Beef Jerky

Directions

  1. 1Cut beef into 1/4-inch long strips against the grain, trimming excess fat or gristle.
  2. 2Combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl, then stir into the bowl with beef strips.
  3. 3Coat beef with marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
  4. 4Drain liquid from beef and pat strips dry with paper towels.
  5. 5Place half the beef strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer with space between them.
  6. 6Set air fryer to 200°F for 60 minutes, then repeat for another 60 minutes.
  7. 7Remove finished jerky to a container and repeat the cooking process for the remaining marinated strips.
