Directions

1Cut the marble rye bread into chunks.
2Dice the corned beef.
3Mix all ingredients for the dip together (sour cream, mayonnaise, minced onion, parsley, dill weed, beau monde, and corned beef).
4Let the dip sit and marinate for a little bit, or chill for at least an hour.
5Serve with marble rye bread chunks for dipping.
