1Soak the collard greens in water and baking soda for about 15 minutes to help them tenderize.
2Cook the smoked turkey wings in about two cups of water for about 40 minutes.
3Add four cloves of garlic and a large diced onion to the pot with the turkey wings.
4Add the collard greens to the pot, a little at a time, until most of it cooks down.
5Add another two cups of water to the pot.
6Add three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to the greens.
7Add about a half a tablespoon of hot sauce.
8Add chicken bouillon.
9Add collard green seasoning.
10Cook the greens until your desired tenderness.
11Serve the collard greens in a bowl.
