- 1Beat the chicken meat.
- 2Add buttermilk, hot sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and mustard to the chicken.

- 4Combine two cups of flour, starch, salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, cayenne, and oregano in a bowl.
- 5Whisk the dry ingredients together.
- 6Separate the yolk from the egg and add the egg whites to the chicken marinade.
- 7Mix the egg whites into the chicken marinade.
- 8Add some of the chicken batter to the flour mixture.
- 9Mix the batter into the flour to create flakes.
- 10Coat the chicken with the flour mixture.
- 11Fry the chicken at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 7 minutes.
- 12Spread mayonnaise on the buns and toast them in a skillet.
- 13Remove the fried chicken from the oil.
- 14Take the toasted buns out of the skillet.
- 15Assemble the sandwich by adding mayonnaise to the bun.
- 16Place the fried chicken on the bun.
- 17Add pickles to the chicken.
- 18Drizzle sauce over the pickles and chicken.
