Copycat Chick-fil-A Hashbrown Scramble
Directions
- 1Bake or air fry nuggets according to package.
- 2While they’re baking, cook the hashbrowns on the stovetop over medium heat.
- 3Spray pan with some cooking spray, add hashbrowns and season with salt & pepper.
- 4Cook until brown.
- 5Once hashbrowns are cooked, add to your bowl as the base.
- 6In that skillet, spray again with a little more cooking spray, add egg beaters, salt and pepper and scramble.
- 7Once those are done, add to the top of the hashbrowns.
- 8Once nuggets are baked, add to your eggs and hashbrowns.
- 9Top with shredded cheese & salsa.

- 200 g egg beaters or liquid egg whites
- 85 g shredded frozen hashbrowns
- 83 g breaded chicken nuggets
- 28 g reduced fat shredded cheese
- 30 ml salsa
