Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs
Directions
- 1Cook bacon until crispy and set aside.
- 2Dice onion and jalapeno.
- 3Cook diced vegetables in bacon grease.
- 4Sear ground beef in bacon grease. Season with Burger Royale blend.
- 5Add cooked bacon, vegetables, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and barbecue sauce to ground beef.
- 6Cut puff pastry into squares.
- 7Place burger mixture and American cheese on each puff pastry square.
- 8Form into balls and place on a baking sheet.
- 9Brush with egg wash and top with cheddar cheese.
- 10Bake until golden brown.
