Season your clean and dry chicken with Lemon Bae, Hot AP, and some AP seasoning.

Followed by a half packet of Sazon Goya and some chicken bouillon powder.

Massage the seasoning into the chicken with your hands.

Cover the chicken in some buttermilk and pop that in the fridge overnight.

Add one cup of cornstarch to two cups of all-purpose flour.

Add AP seasoning, hot AP seasoning, paprika, and chicken bouillon powder to the flour.

Take your marinated chicken out of the buttermilk and into that seasoned flour, making sure that it's evenly coated with no bald spots.

Place the coated chicken on a plate and allow that to chill out for a few minutes while your oil comes up to temp, looking for at least 350 degrees.

Add your chicken to the deep fryer.

Fry the chicken up until it's golden brown and beautiful, and at least 165 degrees internal temperature.

Plate up the fried chicken.

Add a little hot sauce to the chicken.
