Coat the ribeye with neutral oil and season with Heath Riles Beef Rub and Garlic Butter.

Insert a meat thermometer into the steak.

Smoke the steak at 250°F until it reaches 120°F internal temperature.

Make the cowboy butter by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Increase grill temperature to 500°F.

Sear the steak on the grill until seared.

Let the steak rest.
