Directions

  1. 1Coat the ribeye with neutral oil and season with Heath Riles Beef Rub and Garlic Butter.
  2. 2Insert a meat thermometer into the steak.
  3. 3Smoke the steak at 250°F until it reaches 120°F internal temperature.
  4. 4Make the cowboy butter by mixing all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  5. 5Increase grill temperature to 500°F.
  6. 6Sear the steak on the grill until seared.
  7. 7Let the steak rest.
  8. 8Top with cowboy butter and serve.
