2Mix the flour and plain yogurt and knead for a couple of minutes until a dough ball forms.
3Roll out into a large rectangle and spread the pizza sauce evenly.
4Top with shredded cheese and ham.
5Cut into 8 long rectangles and individually roll them into scrolls OR roll into a large log and using floss or a sharp knife, cut into 8 individual scrolls.
6Bake for 18-22 minutes (or Airfryer: 170c for 15-17 minutes).
7Let them cool slightly before digging in.

Tips
Let dough rest for 10m before rolling to allow gluten to relax for easier handling.
Roll scrolls tightly to prevent uncurling during cooking.
Pre-heat oven or air fryer to ensure even cooking and a golden outside with soft, fluffy insides.
Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 3 days. Can be reheated in oven, air fryer, microwave or sandwich press. Can also be eaten cold.
Cover store in airtight container or ziplock bag in freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw in fridge.
