1Combine 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, and 1 teaspoon minced onion in a bowl.
2Blend all the marinade ingredients together.
3Toss the pork chops in the marinade.
4Refrigerate the marinated pork chops for 12 to 24 hours to allow them to soak up the marinade.
5Remove the pork chops from the marinade.
6Grill the pork chops, starting by searing both sides to lock in juices and flavor.
7Once seared, remove the pork chops from the grill.
8Place four tabs of butter in a metal pan.
9Place the seared pork chops on top of the butter in the pan.
10Return the pan with the pork chops to the grill until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
