In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown 1 lb of ground beef, 1 diced onion, and season with salt, pepper, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
Once browned, drain the grease and add 1 tbsp of minced garlic and 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.
Add 2 (8 oz) cans of tomato sauce, 1 (15 oz) can of diced tomatoes, 1 1/2 cups of beef broth, and 2 cups of elbow macaroni.
Stir well, add 2 bay leaves, and bring to a bubble.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and cook for 12-15 minutes or until pasta is cooked through.
Remove bay leaves and stir well. Serve and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
