Fresh homemade Mascarpone
Directions
- 1Add 500ml of heavy cream in a pot and bring it to 185/190 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 2Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and stir for a minute or two.
- 3Pour the mixture in a bowl with paper towel and place it in the fridge to cool overnight.
