Whipped Chocolate Yogurt Cake
Directions
- 1Bloom gelatin in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.
- 2Add yogurt, cocoa powder, and bloomed gelatin to a blender and puree for a few seconds until smooth.
- 3Pour mixture into preferred container lined with wax or parchment paper and refrigerate for 4+ hours or until firm (best overnight).
- 4Dust with extra cocoa powder, slice, and enjoy!

- 0.25 cup red cocoa powder
