Heaven Cake
Directions
- 1Crack 4 eggs into a bowl. Add the lemon peel.
- 2Add 1 cup of light brown sugar and mix.
- 3Add 2 cups of flour.
- 4Add 1 cup of milk and mix.
- 5Add 1 cup of vegetable oil and mix.
- 6Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and mix.
- 7Add lemon juice from 2 lemons and baking powder.
- 8Mix the lemon juice and baking powder well.
- 9Add the lemon-baking powder mixture to the cake batter and mix.
- 10Grease and flour the bundt cake pan.
- 11Pour the batter into the cake pan.
- 12Bake the cake.
- 13Once the cake is cooked, let it cool down and flip it out of the cake pan.
- 14Dust the cake with powdered sugar.
