Directions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, fresh spinach, parsley and spice.
  2. 2Spread the mixture on a pasta sheet and roll it up.
  3. 3Repeat the process with the other pasta sheets.
  4. 4Place the cannelloni in a baking dish.
  5. 5Pour tomato sauce over the cannelloni.
  6. 6Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the cannelloni.
  7. 7Bake until golden brown.
  8. 8Serve and enjoy!

  • 1 ricotta cheese
  • 1 big handful fresh spinach
  • 1 big handful parsley
  • 1 pinch spice
  • 6 pasta sheets
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 handful parmesan cheese
