Directions

  1. 1Flatten skirt steaks with a meat mallet.
  2. 2Stuff with swiss cheese, prosciutto, and chopped parsley.
  3. 3Roll them up and tie them off.
  4. 4Slice in the middle to reveal your pinwheels.
  5. 5Slater on oil and season generously.
  6. 6Mix together a homemade chimichurri sauce.
  7. 7Grill the pinwheels on a fire grill.
  8. 8Flip to show off the epic crust.
  9. 9Pull them off and top off with as much chimichurri as you want.

  • 4 skirt steak
  • 8 slices swiss cheese
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 1 handful parsley
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
