Directions

  1. 1Put arugula, walnuts, garlic, a squeeze of lemon, cream cheese, a drizzle of oil and salt in a mixer.
  2. 2Mix.
  3. 3Drain pasta when ready.
  4. 4Mix pasta with pesto and some cooking water.
  5. 5Serve with grated cheese, chopped walnuts and grated lemon.

  • 180 g spaghetti
  • 40 g arugula
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 0.5 spicchio garlic clove
  • 0.5 lemon juice
  • 1 cucchiaio veg cream cheese
  • q.b. extra virgin olive oil
  • q.b. cooking water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chopped walnuts
  • lemon zest
  • fresh arugula leaves
