For the fried rice, add some diced onions to some melted butter.
Throw in some peas and carrots and cook that down a bit.
Throw in your whisked eggs and cook until done.
Add in some day-old white rice.
Hit that with some soy sauce, oyster sauce, a few dashes of sesame seed oil, and some black pepper.
For the white sauce, mix together mayo, a little tomato paste, some melted butter, some white sugar, a little garlic powder, some paprika, a dash of rice wine vinegar, and some black pepper.
Season your salmon and your shrimp with a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
Add the shrimp to a hot pan, cook it for a couple minutes and then set them to the side.
To the same pan, add in your salmon.
Once you get a nice sear, throw in some soy sauce, a little brown sugar, to create amazing sticky glaze salmon bites.
Sauté the vegetables up a bit and set them to the side.
