Spicy Korean Chicken Barbecue

Directions

  1. 1Chop up some chicken.
  2. 2Cut out all the fat off the chicken.
  3. 3Add pepper powder to a bowl.
  4. 4Add soy sauce to a bowl.
  5. 5Add garlic to a bowl.
  6. 6Add mirin to a bowl.
  7. 7Add sugar to a bowl.
  8. 8Mix the ingredients.
  9. 9Add ginger to the mixture.
  10. 10Add curry to the mixture.
  11. 11Add corn syrup to the mixture.
  12. 12Add oyster sauce to the mixture.
  13. 13Finish with some black pepper.
  14. 14Mix the ingredient.
  15. 15Throw the chicken into the bowl.
  16. 16Add sauce to the bowl.
  17. 17Mix the ingredients and marinate for 12 hours.
  18. 18Splash some oil to the pan.
  19. 19Add the chicken to the pan.
  20. 20Cook 2 to 3 minutes on high heat each side.
  21. 21Add a little bit more oil.
  22. 22Cover up the pan.
  23. 23Lower the heat.
  24. 24Cook for one or two minutes on high heat and flip.
  25. 25Move the chicken to plate

Tips
