Add 1 tsp of flour to the pot.

Pour in 1 cup of dry white wine.

Add 1 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce.

Add some thyme leaves from 3 sprigs of thyme.

Pour in 6 cups of beef broth.

Cover the pot and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
