Add sliced onions to a bowl.

Add fresh coriander and green chillies to the onions.

Add besan to the mixture.

Add all the masalas (Kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander powder, ajwain) to the bowl.

Add salt to taste.

Mix all the ingredients well to form the onion filling.

Take some dough and flatten it using a rolling pin.

Place the prepared onion filling onto the flattened dough.

Sprinkle some dry flour over the filling.

Cover the filling with another flattened roti.

Tap from the sides to seal the edges.

Cut the paratha into equal pieces.

Roll each piece as shown in the video to create layers.

Observe the many layers formed.

Sprinkle some dry flour, kalonji, and coriander on top of the rolled dough.

Roll it again gently to make a paratha.

Cook the paratha from both sides using Desi Ghee on a tawa.

Add a dollop of butter, crush the paratha, and serve.

1 Tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 Tsp Cumin powder
1 Tsp Chaat masala
1 Tsp Coriander powder
1 Tsp Ajwain
to taste Salt
Prepared dough
Kalonji
Fresh coriander
Desi ghee
