Salmon and Shrimp Bake

Directions

  1. 1Heat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish or sheet pan with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. 2In a small bowl combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3Place the salmon fillet in the center of the pan.
  4. 4Scatter shrimp and onion wedges around the salmon, spreading everything out so it roasts instead of steaming.
  5. 5Drizzle olive oil and melted butter evenly over the salmon and shrimp.
  6. 6Sprinkle the seasoning blend over everything until well coated.
  7. 7Bake 18–22 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and the shrimp turn pink and plump.
  8. 8For extra color, broil 1–2 minutes at the end.
  9. 9Serve warm with lemon wedges and spoon a little of the buttery pan juices over the seafood.
