Directions
- 1Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion.
- 2Season the beef and onion mixture with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika, then drain any extra grease.
- 3Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and bbq sauce, and let simmer on low heat.
- 4Top the mixture with shredded Colby Jack cheese.
- 5Add the crispy crowns on top of the casserole.
- 6Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F until the crispy crowns are golden brown and crispy.
