Directions

  1. 1Add potatoes, veggies, ranch seasoning, kielbasa, and cream of chicken to the crock pot.
  2. 2Stir all ingredients together.
  3. 3Cook on high for about two hours.
  4. 4Add about a cup of Colby Jack cheese to the crock pot.
  5. 5Allow the cheese to melt.
  6. 6Garnish with a little bit of green onion for color.
