Directions
- 1Add one 8 oz can of crushed pineapple with juice to a mixing bowl.
- 2Add one box of Jell-O vanilla instant pudding and two tablespoons of sugar to the mixing bowl.
- 3Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined.
- 4Add one cup of sour cream and fold it into the mixture until beautifully combined.
- 5Take a baked frozen pie crust (or a graham cracker crust).
- 6Spoon the pineapple sour cream mixture into the pie crust.
- 7Spread the mixture out evenly in the pie crust.
- 8Chill the pie in the fridge until ready to serve.
- 9When serving, top with Cool Whip, maraschino cherries, or coconut if desired.
