Thaw the frozen pie crust according to instructions.

Poke holes in the pie crust according to instructions.

Bake the pie crust in the oven according to instructions, then let it cool down.

In a saucepan, add 3/4 cup of sugar and 3 tablespoons of cornstarch.

Whisk the sugar and cornstarch together.

Add 1 cup of 7-Up and 1/2 cup of tap water to the saucepan.

Whisk all ingredients until combined.

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring frequently until the sugar dissolves and it thickens.

Add one box of strawberry Jell-O mix and whisk until dissolved and red.

Set the Jell-O mixture aside to cool.

Pour the destemmed, washed, and halved strawberries into the cooked and cooled pie crust.

Pack the strawberries nicely into the pie crust.

Once the Jell-O mixture has cooled for about 5 minutes, pour it all over the strawberries in the pie crust.

Place the pie in the fridge for a few hours until it is fully set.

Cut a piece of pie and serve with whipped cream if desired.

Tips
