Directions
- 1Add yogurt to a bowl.
- 2Add flour and mix well.
- 3Gradually add milk and mix well.
- 4Set aside.
- 5Pour the soup into a pot.
- 6Add rice.
- 7Cover and cook over medium heat until rice is done.
- 8Add the yogurt, milk and flour mixture.
- 9Add cream and salt.
- 10Simmer over low heat.
- 11Remove from heat.
- 12Serve in small or large bowls.
- 13Top with fried onions.

- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 cup Milk
- 4 large spoons Flour
- 6 cup Soup
- Salt
- 1 spoon Cream
- Fried onion
Tips
- The dish can be served hot or cold.
- Pieces of chicken, meat or shrimp can be added to the dish.
