Directions

  1. 1Show an onion a great time. I promise I'm not crying, that onion just really got to me.
  2. 2Add the onion to your blender, then add lamb mince or beef mince, 1 tablespoon of yogurt, olive oil, then add paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. There we go.
  3. 3Then blend in your food processor or in your blender until it looks like this.
  4. 4Transfer to some baking paper, place another sheet on top, then roll it flat. You want it nice and thin like this.
  5. 5Then roll it up, place them onto your oven tray, then cook these in the oven at 180° Celsius for about 25 minutes.
  6. 6It's now ready and smells incredible. There will be a lot of fat that renders out from the meat. If you like, you can just pour it out.
