Directions

  1. 1냄비에 물 1L를 붓고 애호박, 감자, 대파, 고추를 넣는다.
  2. 2다진마늘 1큰술, 굵은소금 1/5스푼을 넣는다.
  3. 3된장 3큰술, 쌈장 1큰술을 넣는다.
  4. 4식초 1/2스푼을 넣고 뚜껑을 닫아 10분간 끓인다.
  5. 5소고기(차돌박이), 두부 1/2모, 청양고추 3개를 넣고 3분 더 끓인다.

  • 1 1/2모 두부
  • 3 개 청양고추
  • 1 1/2스푼 식초
