Cherry Pineapple Dump Cake

Directions

  1. 1Dump one can of cherry pie filling into the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. 2Add one can of crushed pineapple, saving the juice aside.
  3. 3Dump one box of white cake mix on top of the fruit fillings.
  4. 4Use your hand to pat the cake mix down to make sure it's nice and flat on top.
  5. 5Slice about half a stick of butter thinly and spread it over the top of the dry cake mix.
  6. 6Pour the reserved pineapple juice on top as well.
  7. 7Sprinkle some coconut on top if desired (optional).
  8. 8Put the lid on the crockpot.
  9. 9Bake on high for 2 to 3 hours.
  10. 10Serve with some ice cream.
