Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add the linguine and cook until al dente.

Drain and set aside the cooked linguine.

In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, maple syrup, chili crisp and water, until smooth, to make the sauce.

Set the sauce aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch/arrowroot/tapioca and water until combined to make a slurry.

Add the avocado oil to a large pan over medium heat.

Once the pan is hot, add the ground pork and mash it into tiny pieces.

When the pork is almost cooked through, add the minced garlic.

Pour in the sauce, coating the meat well.

Add in the green onions and cornstarch slurry, stirring for another minute or so.

Add in the cooked noodles and toss to coat well.

Garnish with chopped peanuts, more green onions, sesame seeds and chili crisp.

4 tb toasted sesame oil
0.5 cup rice vinegar
0.5 cup low sodium soy sauce
4 tb maple syrup
4 tb chili crisp (more or less depending on spice preference)
0.5 cup water (to thin)
1.5 lb linguine pasta
4 tsp avocado oil
2 lb ground pork
8 cloves garlic, minced
2 bunch scallions, finely chopped
2 tb cornstarch/arrowroot/tapioca
6 tb water, whisked
1 cup peanuts, chopped
12 green onions, chopped
Sesame seeds
Chili crisp

Tips
This is not an authentic recipe.
You can use any pasta noodle.
Gluten-free linguine can be used for a lighter meal.
