Sauté the diced onion and grated carrot for 5 minutes until soft.

Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, and optional red pepper flakes.

Pour in the seafood broth.

Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Gently drop the fish chunks into the simmering broth.

Cook uncovered for 4–5 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
