High Protein Mongolian Beef Noodles

Directions

  1. 1Slice the beef into thin strips.
  2. 2Add light soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, baking soda, olive oil, and cornflour to the beef.
  3. 3Mix and marinate the beef.
  4. 4Cook the beef on high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  5. 5Set the cooked beef aside.
  6. 6Add chopped garlic, green onion, and red onion to the pan.
  7. 7Cook until fragrant for 2 minutes.
  8. 8Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water to the pan.
  9. 9Bring the mixture to a light bubble.
  10. 10Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce.
  11. 11Add the cooked beef back into the pan.
  12. 12Add green onion to the pan.
  13. 13Add cooked egg noodles to the pan.
  14. 14Garnish with chili flakes and sesame seeds.
  15. 15Distribute into four equal servings and enjoy.

  • 275 g Uncooked Egg Noodles

  • 6.25 Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • 0.62 Red Onion Sliced
  • 25 ml Dark Soy Sauce
  • 25 ml Light Soy Sauce
  • 62.5 g Oyster Sauce
  • 0.62 cup Water
  • 12.5 g Cornflour/Cornstarch
  • 18.75 ml Water
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Sesame Seeds
