Slice the beef into thin strips.

Add light soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, baking soda, olive oil, and cornflour to the beef.

Mix and marinate the beef.

Cook the beef on high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Set the cooked beef aside.

Add chopped garlic, green onion, and red onion to the pan.

Cook until fragrant for 2 minutes.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water to the pan.

Bring the mixture to a light bubble.

Add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce.

Add the cooked beef back into the pan.

Add green onion to the pan.

Add cooked egg noodles to the pan.

Garnish with chili flakes and sesame seeds.
