Directions

  1. 1Combine soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, water, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, sugar, and sesame seeds in a bowl to make the sauce.
  2. 2Set aside the sauce.
  3. 3Add ground pork and beef, coleslaw, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and green onions to a bowl.
  4. 4Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.
  5. 5Place a small amount of the filling onto each wonton wrapper, ensuring they are not too thick.
  6. 6Brush oil onto a pan on medium-high heat.
  7. 7Place the wontons meat-side down on the pan.
  8. 8Brush oil on the back of the wontons for crispiness.
  9. 9Flip the wontons after a couple of minutes.
  10. 10Fry until nice and crispy.
  11. 11Drizzle with chili oil.
  12. 12Serve with the prepared sauce.

  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Tips

  • Don't make the wontons too thick, or they will take too long to cook.
