Directions
- 1Melt butter in a pan.
- 2Add chicken to the pan.
- 3Add oyster sauce, chili sauce and sweet soy sauce to the chicken.
- 4Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 5Add minced garlic and sliced red onions.
- 6Add scallions and red chilies.
- 7Mix well.
