Directions

1Start by chopping half an onion, half a green and red bell pepper, four cloves of garlic, evenly cut half a cabbage, four andouille sausages, and four bacon strips.
2Cook your bacon, remove, and sauté your vegetables in the same bacon fat.
3Add your garlic followed by your sausage, brown for a bit, then add your cabbage.
4Toss then season with a tablespoon of cajun seasoning, add two tablespoons of butter.
5Now just add your bacon back in, cover, cook to your desired texture, and save this one for later.
