Stuffed Garlic Bread Paratha Bites

Directions

  1. 1Melt butter in a pan, then add chopped garlic, oregano, and chili flakes. Mix well.
  2. 2Chop onions and bell peppers using a mini food chopper.
  3. 3In a bowl, combine boiled and lightly crushed sweet corn, crumbled paneer, chopped onions and bell peppers, oregano, chili flakes, a teaspoon of garlic butter and grated cheese.
  4. 4Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  5. 5In another bowl, add whole wheat flour, two tablespoons of prepared garlic butter and salt. Add water as needed to form a dough.
  6. 6Roll out the dough into a flat, round shape.
  7. 7Spread the filling evenly over the rolled-out dough.
  8. 8Carefully roll the dough with the filling into a log.
  9. 9Cut the log into small pinwheel bites.
  10. 10Flatten each pinwheel bite slightly.
  11. 11Cook the pinwheel bites on a hot pan with a little oil, ensuring they are cooked well on both sides.
  12. 12Serve the garlic butter paratha bites with tomato ketchup and orange slices in a tiffin box.

  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp Fresh coriander
  • 1 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp Prepared garlic butter
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • as required Water
  • 1 cup Sweet corn
  • 0.66 cup Mixed veggies (bell peppers, onions, and remaining corn)
  • 0.25 cup Paneer
  • 2 cubes Processed cheese
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic butter
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Chilli flakes
