Mix the potatoes well to ensure they are coated with the seasoning and oil.

Oven bake for 22 minutes at 200C or air fry for 20 minutes at 200C.

Make the chipotle spicy sauce by adding low fat yogurt to a blender.

Add light mayo to the blender.

Add chipotle chili paste to the blender.

Add hot sauce to the blender.

Add honey to the blender.

Add salt, paprika, and garlic powder to the blender.

Blend until completely smooth and creamy.

Bottle up the sauce and store it in the fridge for weeks.

Make the fresh salsa by adding chopped tomatoes to a bowl.

100 g yogurt
80 g light mayo
50 g chipotle chilli paste
20 g hot sauce
20 g honey

1 large chopped red onion
0.5 chopped bell peppers
1 handful chopped coriander/cilantro

1 whole lime juice
15 g grass-fed butter
800 g ground beef

Tips
Season the potatoes thoroughly and mix till well coated. Make sure you don't over cook them.
Make the sauce in advance and store in the fridge to use for any other meal.
Store the salsa separately in a container to make it easier.
Cook the beef till brown then add all the ingredients. You can add a little water to add moisture if it's too dry.
Reheat the potatoes and beef only.
