Directions

  1. 1Start off by sautéing one green bell pepper and a red onion with a big tablespoon of salt.

  3. 3Once the water has evaporated, add in lots of heavy cream.
  4. 4Add spices and a flour mixture to help thicken up the sauce.
  5. 5Finally, add in the al dente Penne pasta with freshly chopped parsley.
