Directions

  1. 1Slice the heads of garlic and shallots in half.
  2. 2Place the garlic and shallots on foil.
  3. 3Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. 4Sprinkle with salt.
  5. 5Wrap the garlic and shallots in foil and roast.
  6. 6Once roasted, squeeze the softened garlic and shallots into a bowl.
  7. 7Mash the roasted garlic and shallots.
  8. 8Add sour cream, mayonnaise, chives, parsley, grated Parmesan, and shredded mozzarella to the bowl.
  9. 9Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  10. 10Serve the dip with warm, toasted bread.
