Get some greens for the base.

Dump some cottage cheese (or low-fat Greek yogurt) on the greens.

Cook 200g extra lean ground beef in 1 tsp tallow in a pan.

Bake 400g squash with salt in the oven.

Top the plate with the baked squash.

Add the extra lean ground beef to the plate.

Dump fresh salsa (1/4 cup) on top.

Add your choice of hot sauce.

Mix all ingredients together to create the 'mush effect'.

120 g low fat cottage cheese
400 g squash (acorn, kabocha, butternut, or spaghetti squash)
200 g extra lean ground beef (~97% lean)
1 tsp tallow
0.25 cup fresh salsa
hot sauce
salt
avocado

Tips
Use low-fat Greek yogurt or cottage cheese as a base.
Don't discriminate on squash types; all are welcome.
You can top with avocado if desired.
