Directions

  1. 1Cut sweet potatoes in half.
  2. 2Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. 3Place sweet potatoes cut side down on a lined baking sheet.
  4. 4Rub remaining olive oil on the opposite side.
  5. 5Bake at 400 for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. 6Remove from the oven and drizzle with Mike's Hot Honey.
  7. 7Broil until the top is golden brown.
