Directions

  1. 1Mix the shredded cheese, drained diced jalapeños, and bacon bits in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, whisk together the evaporated milk, eggs, and all-purpose flour.
  3. 3Pour the liquid mixture into the cheese mixture and stir to combine.
  4. 4Add optional proteins like breakfast sausage or ground beef, and season with garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
  5. 5Spoon the mixture into a muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. 6Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

Tips
