Directions
- 1Score the top of the chicken breast to make it easier to cook through.
- 2Season the chicken breast with Dan-O's Primo Seasoning.
- 3Heat avocado oil in a pan and add the seasoned chicken breast.
- 4Flip the chicken and add butter cubes to the pan.
- 5Baste the chicken with the melted butter.
- 6Add shallots and garlic.
- 7Add cherry and let the alcohol burn off.
- 8Add Dan-O's Cheesening.
- 9Add heavy cream and stir until it comes to a simmer.
- 10Add more butter and stir.
- 11Add the chicken back into the pan and baste it with the sauce.
- 12Place the cooked chicken on a plate, top with the sauce, and sprinkle with Dan-O's Crunchy seasoning.
